What model is it?  Simply saying Kodak camera isn't enough information.  Truthfully, most digital cameras don't work as webcams.  If it does, the instructions are going to be in the user's manual.  If you've lost the user's manual, Kodak usually has it as a PDF download as well as viewable HTML.  

However, there's a good chance that your camera can't be used as a webcam.  Webcams are pretty cheap, so you're probably better off getting a dedicated webcam instead of hoping/trying to use your digital camera as a webcam.
