How to connect a modem with pc for broadband connection other than wire?

I want to know whether it can be connected by bluetooth or wi-fi...details please.

  1. you can connect it by the  wireless network adapter which connect it by wireless signal to the dsl users in the neighborhood

As long as your broadband modem supports wi-fi, you can install a wi-fi card or usb adapter to network with the modem.  If it does not, you can install a wi-fi router(or wireless access point) in between the computer's adapter and the modem.  Bluetooth currently does not have the capability to sustain wi-fi speeds, and is much shorter range.

  4. it is theoreticly possible to connect via bluetooth, but it would be unbelevably slow! many people connect using wifi, however the fastest way by far is via a wire connection sorry! (try a fibre optics cable for maximum speed =D )
