What you need to do is get a wireless router.  As for a tv you got to get the right cord to the job.

To connect multiple computers to the internet (assuming you have cable modem or DSL) you need a device called a "router".  Linksys makes some good ones - http://www.linksys.com/ as does D-Link http://www.d-link.com/ (there are quite a few on the market).  Some have wires, some include wireless too.

There are a couple of ways to connect your computer to your TV.  If your TV is new enough, it will have an "S-Video" input.  Most computers (most laptops anyway) have an S-Video connector.  If you don't have this, then you need to buy some kind of converter.  I'm sure that BlackBox corporation would have them http://www.blackbox.com/ but they seem to be really pricey, so find what you are looking for and google it for a better deal.  Most TVs do not have a VGA input (some of your newer plasma models do, but that is it).

For the TV, your tv would need to have a tv out (s-video port) and same port on your computer as well (the port that you use to connect a cpu to an external screen).

To connect the TV to the computer you need a card or external device that will act as the interface between the two. Not much help here.

To connect several PC's to the internet you need router with ethernet ports for direct connections and wireless if you are planning on using wifi. The router needs to be configured which the quickstart guide you get with one will take care of. Your internet connection will need to be DSL or Cable. Dial-Up won't cut it these days.

-If the TV doesn't have the connection and a bit old, I recommend not doing it since old TV don't show stuff on the computer clearly.
