How to connect my music folder from frostwire to itunes?

Ive been using limewire but recently it has not been working (not searching the song i typed) so i switched to frostwire. On my limewire my brother did it all so i don't know what to do now. He made a music folder which when i downloaded a song it would appear on the music list and i'd drag it to i tunes. I just made a new folder for frostwire but how do i connect it so when i download a song it will appear on the music folder and then i can just drag it to my itunes?

on itunes page go to files at top left corner then go to import then go to frostwire folder and click songs they will go to itunes libary
