You should be able to just plug the headphone jack on the speakers into the headphone/audio out jack on your computer. Almost all computers will default to the audio out if something in plugged into it.

If you want to hook your computer to a receiver you need to get a cord that has a headphone jack on one end and RCA plugs on the other (the red and white). Plug the RCA end into the CD input on the back of the receiver and you should be all set.
