How to connect to Wireless network?

I'm trying to connect to my neighbor's network which is WEP password protected. I know the password and I connected to the internet but it always says Limited Connectivity. What should I do?

If you have limited connectivity, you are probably just too far away. If you have NO connectivity, the MAC filtering mentioned above is a good bet.

If you don't have permission, don't try.  You could get charged with unauthorized use of secure computer systems or various other things.  Bad things will happen.

If you have their permission, go ask them.  See if it works in their house...you may be too far away to get an IP address successfully.  If they use MAC filtering, they will need to add your computer's physical address to the authorized access list before you can fully connect.
