How to connect to more than one home using dish tv?

i worked in cable tv for 25 yrs. and have dish tv. the concept is the same. i have 2 tv's in my home both connected to dish. if you only have one line to your home you would need to split that line and have a second legal, authorized receiver, that's the key. then you should be able to run that line to another house.

You can not connect more than 1 home by using DTV.

I am not sure what you mean. Are you talking about using one connection of dish to more than one home? If so, there has to be a box in each room and where they installed the wire. We tried moving the box to another room and wouldn't even work. They said they would have to install another wire and in that room for roughly $100.00.
