How to connect wire on new hot water tank?

New tank has black, yellow, blue wiring. Coming from electrical box is 240, but colors are black which is o, red has 240, yellow has 240 and a copper wire. how can we connect wire without rewiring.

connect the black wires together, the red wires together and the yellow and blue wire together. the copper wire from the panel is a ground wire used to ground your new tank. There should be a ground s***w in the new tank to connect this to.

get somebody in there who knows what they are doing before they find you dead on the floor.

I'm not trying tobe a smart guy. It's really quick  and easy to kill yourself on this stuff.
