  1. If I understand the question you are looking for a link between hot water "waste" and saving resources for agriculture? There is a link but that is a rather distant one. All water wasted is water wasted. All energy wasted is also wasted. If energy is wasted it is going to cost more for what you get out of it, as well as causing more shortage induced inflation. It will affect all facets of life, to include food prices. Obviously the water supply infrastructure is also put in a poor position so cost goes up, and the result is inflation of well equipment for those off the grid. It all trickles down to the consumer. To waste is to pay more for what you use. To conserve is to pay more for all the others who do not conserve but you are using less. Water and fuel to heat it reaches all other industries, and farming is a huge user and frequently a huge waster. The logic is there but the actual link is as fine and fleeting as steam, probably to get you to think and form an opinion about how seemingly distant concepts are finely woven together.

  2. i guess it s about conserving soil moisture. You can conserve moisture by

    1. growing cover crops Eg; Pureria, grasses, legumes

2 mulching- using straw. dried grasses etc.

Ways that moisture can be wasted ? through evaporation??

  3. wat

  4. WHATS THE QUEASTION?

  5. conserveing water means using waste water and making catchment areas for water for agricultural purposes. Reducing evaporation of water as well.

water is wasted when crops are overwatered as it runs off and is not absorbed by the plants. also wasted when sheep/cattle troughs are cracked and leaking etc.

    hope this helps

  6. I'm not really sure but here's some sites that can help you out though   www.wonderhowto.com  www.instructables.com   www.howstuffworks.com  and  www.motherearthnews.com

  7. Plant crops according to the soil and climate type.  It means don't plant rice- a water dependent crop- in a place that doesn't receive much rain.  Minimize irrigation when possible.

Ways to waste water- overwatering the crops or watering during the heat of the day.  If the ground is saturated, the excess water will runoff and not absorbed by the soil.  When watering in the heat of the day- the majority of the water will evaporate instead of being absorbed by the plants.
