but whenever I call they are always busy. How do I actually get on the air???

You rarely get on the air but if you keep calling someone will talk to you and you can ask if  there is contests or something.

You probably have to wait much longer when calling those two numbers. If you think about it, tons of other people call there too so patience is the key.

You have to be very lucky to get on the air. Millions of people call each day. I tried soo many times once but I never got in. My friend got on the air and she was VERY lucky.
