I am a current employee of Sams Club and there is a lot of funny business going on. I was curious as to how I could complain to the corporate office without them knowing who I was. I have sat down with managers at my club and nothing has changed they've actually gone out of their way to make it worse for me. There has been a lot of racist rumors going on and I truly believe that the rumors are true. I get treated very badly at work and Im tired of it. Im a college student and the only way I can get full time is if I quit school, but when they hired me they told me when full time became available I'd get it. What yall think I should do??? The corporate office comes in our club alot but managment pretends everything is great. People aren't getting promoted fairly, and they treat you like sh*t. Ive been there for 2 years and the ones that just got hired 2 months ago have been moved to better postions/pay. What should I do??? I mean they pay good, and I need my job until I finish school.

  1. They'll listen to you, apologize, say they'll take care of it.  But said truth is they don't give c**p.  They'll just tell you what you want to hear and you just watsed your time.

  2. ~~Contact your Human Resoursce Department and request a meeting. Your better off having your complaints on record as if you are then harrassed you have protection from laws. They already know you are speaking out on it, so stand up for yourself and your fellow associates and  make them deal with these issues. You should not be treated unfairly because you have valid issues that need to be addressed. Be sure to keep a log  of all dates and times for records of talks and the repurcussions you have received. This could be valueable if they try and fire you. Your HR department should help resolve these problems, or give you all the reasons why it's okay for the things that have taken place.

  3. Corporate Office in Bentonville, Arkansas.

go to Walmart.com to find the street address.

Make your complaints known.  It is not fair to be mistreated on a job.  Quitting should not be your only and 1st option.

  4. If you really need the job until you finish school, I would suggest you just "grin and bear it", until you get through school.

It's the old saying: "If you can't beat em, join em". I know this isn't the kind of answer your looking for, it's just one of the facts of life.

    Best of luck too you.
