You can send them fan mail to their agent, and they probably won't read it.  They receive thousands of letters a day/week.  Sorry.

I'm afraid almost all of them won't be interested in making friends with some random fan, but you can send fan mail if you like (write to their agency or manager) and from some celebs you may get an autograph and thank you note, or a fake autograph, unless you write a creepy letter.
