How to continue bodybuilding diet while in college

i am into bodybuilding and i have started going to college for computer science and engineering and am frm india but am serious abt bodybuilding!!!

i go to college at 8:30 am in the morning and return around 5:00 pm in the evening and its 5 days a week!!!

so i dont have enough eating and i will go weak like this!!! i cannot eat from college canteen coz its too unhygenic and moreover there is only junk food there( U noe hoe colleges are in india).....

so can pls anyone give me some tips on bodybuilding diet or foods that i can take away with me pls!!!!

  1. we have same problem buddy i got idea.wake 4:30 am go to gym at 5 o clock.warm up and do your workout thats it you will got time.start sleeping early in night.early morning workout s better then evening workout


  2. bodybuilding diet is mostly high-protein. you could go for on the go options such as ham and eggs,they are fairly low in fat and high protein.

  3. Bring food with you.

  4. You can carry small amount of protin powder say 1 or 2 spoons, take a galss of milk from your college canteen, mix the powder in the milk and drink it in your intervals
