How to control impulsiveness ?

I blow off the lid at the drop of a hat even for a slightest matter ? These days I am getting more and more snappy ? I am not able to manage my emotion ? I have become forgetful as well as oblivious about people/things around also. Hit by the stomach problem 10 months before, I have been thinning down progressively. Can this physical problem have a bearing upon my disturbed mental state ? I am desparate to know the remedy.

  1. Stress and anxiety can cause many physical symptoms.  You should see a psychiatrist to be diagnosed and put on meds.


  2. do some yoga like kapalbhati. avoid eating junk food  ,reading good books avoid adult movies .pranayam will help you to keep your mind cool also avid drinks

  3. 1.Avoid reading futile books/megazines or viewing such video/films which provide porne, violance provoking  material.

    2.Be very simple in routine.

    3.Avoid stress and tension.

    4.Don’t be late in sleeping at night.

    5.Don’t sleep upto late morning.

    7.Avoid the friends who like useless discussions, and time killing.

  4. Get yourself checked up medically for any problems like hypertension, low/high blood sugar, anemia, bacteria in stomach, etc.

    It has been found that the helicobacter pylori bacteria which is responsible for stomach ulcers increases the stomach acidity. And, if one does not have proper meals at correct times this acidity plays havoc with the body and the mind.

    Irritations, increased anger, lack of patience and tolerance, etc are a result of this.

    So, get checked for any such problems of stomach and eat full meals  three times a day. Do not go on empty stomach for long.

    Drink more water and cut down on tea and coffee.
