How to control my anger on the field???

i tend to get physical while playing soccer..but recently ive been retaliating wayyy too much and have gotten kicked out of games because of it...most of the time i dont no it till i snap...i just cant help it..i try to but i just dont no what to do...

if anyone knows something i could do during a game when i feel myself about to blow or how to keep my cool when another player starts bugging me that would be great!!

my dad tells me to just play my game and to just switch positions if someone starts playing dirty but that advice doesnt always help...so yea..plz help...i have a league placement tournament starting tomorrow so plz answer!! thank you

  1. Focus on the game instead of the other tema getting under your skin. When you get mad your giving into them. they are winning a battle. use that as motivation to stay calm.

  4. Hahaha. I have the same problem. Aggressiveness is good, but don't let the ref see the retaliation. If they p**s you off, wait it out, and get revenge a few minutes later. The referee always calls the retaliation, and he watches for it, so if you wait, you should be fine. Make sure it looks somewhat clean of a play too. Also think while you're playing.
