This one does..it also lets you Rip cd's too..there are tons of otehrs out there as well..but here's a start see link below

you need a free software called AUDACITY to be able to do that:

First: Download Audacity (click on the link below)

Second: Download Lame MP3 Encoder (click on the link below to find a guide that will instruct you on how to use it)

Just remember that you need the Lame MP3 Encoder so that you could Export WAV to MP3

The usual procedure:

(After you have installed Audacity, and have installed the plug-in Lame)

1. Click on "File" and open/import an MP3.

2. After the importing is complete. Click again on "File" and choose "Export as  WAV"

3. Save it on a desired folder of your own choosing.
