How to convert MPEG2 files to VOB (DVD Compliant) without transcoding it?

i have mpeg2 files and i want to make a dvd structure out of it so my dvd player plays it fine

i dont want to convert it a because i will lose some quality

and also dvd players play MPEG2 files so i want to put it untouched into dvd structure and make a menu and burn

  5. You'll need a DVD Authoring app.  DVDLab is a great one, but it costs.  DVDAuthorGUI is freeware - I've only used it to produce very basic DVDs, but it was OK.

    BTW, just because your video is MPEG-2 doesn't mean it's DVD compliant - you could still end up having to transcode!
