How to convert Mastroska file to DivX?

Hi guys, is there a software(freeware) to convert Mastroska to DivX. I downloaded the movie Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. It's in Mastroska format . I bought a DVD Player which can play DivX by USB. So, I want to convert the file Mastroska and AVI to DivX.

Please tell me the software.

if you want to convert it for Free then you should use xvid. its pretty much the same as divx but has no license restrictions. any divx compatable player will use xvid.

If you want to convert to divx as I understand it you would need to use a proprietary converter which will cost money. Theres no difference in quality between using xvid and divx
