How to convert NSmov files?

Question

Hi, I've got a question that's a bit of an emergency. I have video files pulled from an Aiptek HD camcorder, but I can't edit them with Pinnacle software or Movie Maker because they're NSmov files. I need to figure out how to covert these into a more normal movie file - preferably with freeware - that can be edited in Pinnacle or Movie Maker and then burnt to a DVD. Again, I'm in a hurry.
