How to convert a sole consultancy firm into a patnership firm in india?

I ve startered a sole consultancy firm in india and now i want my wife as a partner of the same firm, with a view of tax exemptions. so i wanna know the steps to be taken to convert the same in partnership firm?

Make P Deed on NJSP. If husband wife in same business, no tax rebate. Make any other as partner. Her mother etc. can be partner.
