How to convert dvd for iopd compatible?

i have decrypted the dvd and saved it to my hard drive to .vob file ,now how to convert this file for dvd video

If you are using Apple Ipod then you can use the software itunes to convert all ur dvd to ipod compatible.

or else u can use xilosoft 's 3gp convertor to do that..
