How to convert iPod to a new computer?

Question

I have an iPod who's library was previously on a mac. I'm looking to move it to a PC with no library, and want to know the best way to do this?

any suggestions?

itune blocks this function since itune is the tool with one way to transfer files from itune to ipod. you must utilize other tools to achieve that. There're couple of tools for transferring the files between ipod and computer (for backup)depends on your demands, e.g transfer only songs/videos, transfer photos etc. You can have a look of below review site, hope it useful.

I found out recently that you cannot transfer music from an iPod to a iTunes Library simply using iTunes. According to what I've been told by the Geniuses at the Apple store, you need to use a third party software to transfer it (unless you still have the old computer and can transfer using a flash drive or something of the sort.) However, I cannot recommend a specific software, as the Apple store will not recommend to me, seeing as they do not want the liability if they recommend a software to someone and it screws up the iPod. That research you will have to do yourself.
