How to convert into .wmv format????

I am trying to make a video on Windows Movie Maker. I did. Now I want to put it on youtube. But my problem is that everytime is sais "Failed, Format To Small" when it doesn't say that it say you must convert your file to .wmv format. I don't want to download anything!!!!!!!!!!!! I would just like to know how to convert it.

you need to download a converter software program.    One of them I have used is called MPEGX.

You can find it here.  http://www.mpegx.com/     It is easy to use just follow the prompts on the screen as you use it.
