  1. You sure you have a "f" in your kgf/mm2 OR just kg/mm2 ( or rather kg/cm2  which is more common ? ) if there is a "f" it looks like a unit for "Torque" ?? and I am sorry I do not know of any conversion between Torque and Pressure (MPA )

    Usually one of the the S.I. units for pressure is "  kg/cm2 " and MPA is another one off course. Try thelink below to give the auto calculate answer IF your are looking for " kg/mm2 Vs MPA ". Good Luck & Happy Converting :)

  3. Below is a link to a freeware program that provides hundreds of unit conversions across twenty-two categories. Josh Madison's Convert program has been around for years. It is used in 105 countries as well as on the International Space Station.

    Download "Convert" (for free) at the link below.

    Click on the Pressure tab.  There is no kg/mm² offered in the list, so select kg/cm² and megapascal.  Take the results and multiply by 100 to convert from cm²  to mm².
