How to convert mexican phone number to an adsress.?

I have a phone number for mexico, I need the address.. How do i do it.

Just call the phone number and ask their address, so simple ! ! !

The only way I can see is you have to call that number and ask whom ever answers what the address is.

THERE IS another way...

if the telephone is not private , someone (a local )could grab the city's directory  and do an extensive research , looking number by number until he or she get it.. I've done that before...it worked
