How to convert mini DVD's to Big one's?

the Problem is i have many small re writable dvd of my camera which can be played on any dvd player and i want to empty them so to write them on a 4.7 gb writable dvd so it can be played on any dvd player

very simple

Just copy the contents of all files of your mini dvds to a folder in your computer and then copy the entire folder to 4.7 GB RW DVD. Choose the format as per your requirements or format converter can be used.
