I am MSc student this is for my assignment, I am looking LIG people & village to upgrade their daily activities to do some change to be fast presently they are using COAL and BURNING of WOOD to cook

  2. flame requires some aggressive chemical reaction, and some sort of combustible fuel, however, producing electricity or heating water are available solar technologies, one could use a mixture of hot water and solar electric powered vacuum pumps to produce steam or store solar electric energy in batteries and use that energy in electric cooking and baking.

  3. You cannot uproot a culture just like that. People do not change that fast. There is no need for them to change to a frenetic lifestyle.

    Yes, you can do something to upgrade their present mores. The population you are considering are not technically savvy. Either the system you design has to be completely maintenance free, or cheap enough not to be repaired.

    None of them buy fuel. Most use waste solid material to burn.

  4. There are lots of people presently experimenting with solar stoves and similar technologies.  http://solarcooking.org/ has some plans for solar cooking.  You could also google solar oven & I'm sure some cheap and effective designs will come up.
