How to convert this file into an accepted video file (avi, wmv, etc..) ?

Question

The original file that i need to convert is from my Sony handycam and the type of file says DVD Movie Info.

The other file says Backup of IFO

And mediaconvert asks for the input file format, and i don't know what it is. other sites don't even accept the file..

what can i do ?

It looks like you've got the .ifo and .bup files off a DVD, neither of which contains any video.  You need the .vob files.
