  1. I don't know the format of tivo files, but I am pretty sure that they are in the convert list in the Free Video Converter v1.2.0.0

    I'd get it from download.com (there's no malware in the file). I don't think it's a very big program either. And it's totally free. It will convert to a few different iPod formats too.
