How to convince my mom to let me get a new backpack?

I really want and need a new backpack to start school, but my mom says other wise. She says she doesnt have money, and i know she does, shes a full time nurse. i tried to ask my dad, but he says only if its okay with my mom. what do i do?

I would tell her that it's for school and that she should get it for you because it's not something stupid you actually need it.  Tell her it's a back pack you're asking for not a dog or something you don't need.

I think that is called advice but anyways have you been trying to do some good stuff to them? That might work though.

Well i would talk to your mom and explain to her that you are starting a new school year and want a bigger backpack. I would ask her if there is a way that you can earn the money yourself. Possibly doing work around the house. I would also look around for sales. I got my sister a jansport backpack for $30 in sale from $50. I hope his works....good luck!

My mom is like that too,

''We dont have money right now darlin''

Everytime i ask her for something.

Just tell her,

You need a new backpack/tote bag for school.

Years change, Styles change, Tell her you will like a change.
