How to convince my parents let me study in USA?

i am 18 and i had been admitted in a university in orlando

. i really want to go there and i have to go next month .

how to convince my parents ?

tell your parents , its a great opportunity for me. tell them, it`ll be a big responsibility for me, and i`ll improve academically if you let me have a chance to explore the world and live on my own. im a grown up now, please, let me have this once in a lifetime chance. i`ll prove to you that i can do this on my own. so please wont you give it a try?

i was just thinking about making the same question... at least you've been admitted...anyway if you have all the resources...ask them..why not??...

uh i don't know.

but if you do make it to Orlando make sure you don't end up on Academic Probation by failing classes and risk getting kicked out of school.

if it's that hard to convince them. it means that they're afraid that something might happen to you and they won't be able to be there for you, it's parent's nature, im only 14 and i dont know alot about universities, but i know that back home (middle east) we know that a degree from the UK is 10 times as better than a degree from a US university ( unless if Harvard )
