How to convince parents for a cat for my Birthday?

I think my mom would be okay with a cat, but my dad is like NO. Please help me IM DESPERATE.

not that it TRULY matters but it kinda does.

If you are a good child.... tell them you deserve it!

But if they cant afford it dont beg them!

i can go on and on about begging you rents!!

don't push the issue :/ I always wanted a pup, but my dads always said no. My mum recently started wanting a kitten - 3 weeks later we have a kitten ;)

My parents don't even consider it, girl.  They say if they got me a live animal, it'd be spoiling me:( Meanies.
