just throw them inside the frying pan and add some sugar... nice.... but i dont want to eat them... coz they have rabbies, aids, sars and a r****d...lol...

I think GINDY's ingredient contains ginger,rice,potatoes,salt,pepper and some curry powder. You can make seahorse soup with some sea weed and chicken meat.
