  1. Salt and pepper and grill....

    One thing I've picked up by watching Food  Network - let the meat rest before you cut it so that the juices stay in it.


  2. First you have to marinate the beef steak or chicken meat with the following ingredients:- 5-spices powder, corn starch powder,steak powder, salt, pepper, sauce and honey.

    Leave its for 2 - 3 hours after  the marinating process.

    Finally, put into the frying pan with cooking oil on moderate fire. That's all.


  3. For Steak:

    Season well with salt and pepper on both sides,

    Put 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a medium hot pan,

    Once butter starts to foam and go slightly brown (it should smell nutty) put in steak.

    DO NOT MOVE STEAK AT ALL UNTIL YOU TURN.

    After (time depends on steak thickness and preference) minutes, turn steak and again, do not move.

    Once done, remove from pan, outside should be caramelise and crisp, inside should be red/pink.
