  1. get your chicken and butterfly cut it and bake it in an oven at 180*c untill cooked (juices run clear and not pink inside)

if your noodles are fresh then just add them later, if they are dired then boil them now untill they are cooked (aprox 10-15 min, check packet)

in a big frypan sautee (fry) all the veges untill they are golden brown, add soya sauce, fish sauce, cajun spice, s+p, ginger, herbes (what ever you think would go well) noodles and chicken and cook untill hot.

    serve and enjoy =)

  2. I made a stir fry once, but it was a non meat, vegetarian fry.

First you heat up a pan on the stove with spray on cooking oil. Next you throw in potatoes, since they take the longest to cook. once potatoes are starting to brown, put in cabbage, onions, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, etc. also put in a pinch of dried basil if available.

Once almost thoroughly cooked, put in a small amount of wine.(All alcohol will cook out). Once being served, drizzle a small amount of soy sauce on the stir-fry.

Also remember to stir the stir fry a lot!

I hope you like this recipe, and good luck!

  3. first basic rule of stir frying: the wok has got to be HOT!

otherwise u would not be stirfrying instead you would be called boiling veggies.:(

second rule. use vegetable oil and don't be stingy with that. from what i had experience the more oil you use the better it look on the greens and other veggies after they are cooked.

third rule: if u have chicken breast or sliced beef. sprinkle them with corn starch and a little salt would make them sooo much more tender.

4th rule.: garlic to me is always the key ingredient to any stirfrying.

5th rule : serve while hot.

the 5 rule applies no matter what kind of recipe u find.

nb: oyster sauce is also a good accompanion to any stirfry. it just blends the taste.

  4. go to www.foodnetwork.com or www.allrecipes.com - search "vegetable noodle stirfry"

    Good luck!
