How to cook tomato soup

I want to cook tomato soup but i don't want use any part of tomato in it .Plz help me

    2 carrots, peeled and chopped

    1 small onion, chopped

    1 clove garlic, minced

    1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

    1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

    1/2 cup pastina pasta (or any small pasta)

    Warm the olive oil in a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Add the carrots, onion, and garlic and saute until soft, about 2 minutes. Add the jar of marinara sauce, chicken broth, cannellini beans, red pepper flakes, pasta, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Ladle into bowls and serve.

    3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

    1 small carrot, diced

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

    Strain the chopped canned tomatoes, reserving the juices, and spread onto a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, to taste, drizzle with 1/4 cup of the olive oil and roast until caramelized, about 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat remaining olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the celery, carrot, onion and garlic, cook until softened, about 10 minutes. Add the roasted chopped canned tomatoes, reserved tomato juices, chicken broth, bay leaf and butter. Simmer until vegetables are very tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Add basil and cream, if using. Puree with a hand held immersion blender until smooth.

  7. 1.boil some tomatoes for about 15 mins at slower gas

    2.peel of the tomato skin

    3.grind the tomato in a mixer

    3.in a vessel boil some oil,cumin seeds(jeera),mustards(rai),curry leaves.

    4.put the grinded tomato puree in that vessel

    5.put some salt,you can even put some sugar if you want it sweet

    6. let it boil for some time.

    For dressing you can use Basil leaves,Neem leaves

    along with powdered pepper.

    Keep everything except sugar and salt in a container and cook them together till they turn soft.     Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

    INGREDIENTS

    4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes

    1 slice onion

    4 whole cloves

    2 cups chicken broth

    2 tablespoons butter

    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

    1 teaspoon salt

    2 teaspoons white sugar, or to taste

    DIRECTIONS

    In a stockpot, over medium heat, combine the tomatoes, onion, cloves and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, and gently boil for about 20 minutes to blend all of the flavors. Remove from heat and run the mixture through a food mill into a large bowl, or pan. Discard any stuff left over in the food mill.

    In the now empty stockpot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to make a roux, cooking until the roux is a medium brown. Gradually whisk in a bit of the tomato mixture, so that no lumps form, then stir in the rest. Season with sugar and salt, and adjust to taste.

    I make mine with pepper, onions, tomatoe puree, tinned peeled tomatoes and some salt and pepper :) I just boil everything 2gether then blend it :)


  13. I am not sure what you are asking. Tomato soup is made from tomato's.The tomato's are liquefied and you don't see chunks of tomato's in regular tomato soup.

    Ingredients

    Makes 6 cups

    6 tablespoons unsalted butter

    2 medium yellow onions, chopped

    2 cloves garlic, chopped

    24 ounces canned whole plum tomatoes

    3 cups homemade or low-sodium store-bought chicken stock

    2 teaspoons sea salt

    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    Directions

    Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring, until onions have softened, about 15 minutes.

    Add tomatoes, chicken stock, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook until tomatoes, onions, and garlic are soft, 10 to 20 minutes.

    Working in batches, transfer soup to the jar of a blender and puree until smooth. Return to saucepan and place over medium heat. Cook until soup is heated through. If soup seems too thick, stir in some extra stock to thin. Serve immediately.
