:)  Take a clean white sheet of paper.  Make sure it is prefect and flat, not tears or marks on it ................... Take you CD and place it on top your VCR  NOT IN IT ......... Now lay the paper over the top of the CD ........... take a break and drink a cola .... Go back and check to make sure that paper is still sitting on the CD and there are no marks yet on the paper ..... go back to your cola and this time bring a cookie with you.  While you are eating your cooking and drinking your coke, stop and think how much fun you can have in prison if you make a perfect copie of that CD ........ Now go back to your CD and paper, remove the paper and take the CD put it back in it's case ........ On the sheet of paper write how lucky you are to not be in prison and to celebrate go out on the town with your friends. :)

The purpose of copyright protection is to keep you from doing that. If it's a DVD try DVD Decrypter.
