How to copy files (songs, videos, word documents) from my Pc to my mobile "Nokia N95 8GB"?

I'm new to Nokia N95 8GB Black. I have many nice songs, videos, and personal word documents that I want to copy from my Pc (laptop) to my mobile. I've already gone through this model user guide at: http://web.nseries.com/userguide/en/n958gb/ but still I can't do it. I connected the mobile to my laptop and opened Nokia lifeblog and tried to copy these media files to it, but each time a message says that "the file formats are not supported by nokia" although Nokia N95 has a real player and quick office inside. I really need detailed steps into how to do this and I'll be really grateful. Thanks in advance.

Connect ur 95 8GB with the mini USB cable to ur laptop and every time u connect ur phone it asks what connection do u require. For copying Media u should select 'Data Transfer' and a new drive would be in ur My Computer (like a Pendrive when Inserted) u can copy files to the drive

N95 8GB supports almost all of the Music Formats like MP3 ,WMA, OGG ..........

u can copy that type of files and for Videos convert ur Video files either to 3GP or MP4 in screen resolution of 240 X 320  and Frame rate not exceeding 30fps ( beyond that may cause hangs in ur video)

If u connect ur data cable to ur PC and if the menu don't appear on ur fone u should change the Connection Settings in Menu> Tools > Connection Settings> USB> and Enable 'Always Ask on Connection'

or permenantly put ur connection to Data Transfer for easy transfer of files..........

Download and install Nokia Nseries PC suite, linked below.

Connect your phone using the USB cable.  A menu will pop up on your phone with 4 options.  Pick PC suite.  

Use Nokia Nseries Video manager (part of PC suite) to copy videos over to your phone.  It will convert them to a format playable on your phone before copying.  

Nokia music manager (also part of pc suite) will do the same thing for music.

To copy your office documents over use the nokia file browser (found under "my computer") to copy the office files to your computer.
