How to copy from sky+ to dvd?

Hi,I have a sky+box which is nearly full up of good stuff that I dont want to delete.I also have a DVD rewritter and a load of different cables but i cant seem to be able to copy from the sky+to the dvd rewritter and the instructions are not very helpfull.Has anyone out there managed to do it? and could you please give details of how to connect the two boxes to each other so it will work. many thanx in advance

  1. Connect them up at the back. The slots will be obvious. One says VCR scart. Connect the other one to the DVD to the connection that says TV or IN.

    Select TV guide on the remote and look in the bottom left hand corner to see a RED "Copy" prompt. Press that and see "viewed" or "Recorded" change to "Copy". Press select and follow the instructions. Remember a DVD usually only records up to 2 hours unless you use in long play mode.

  2. youll need to scart from vhs on sky+ box to av2 on dvd recorder then makesure that when you record to press play on your sky+ program and record av2 on dvd recorder.
