How to copy songs FROM my iPod Classic to CD. Friend liked the music on my iPod, she asked for copy on CD!!

Copy (not transfer) from an iPod to CD disk. I checked the Classic's manual on the net, there is onthing helpfull there ref. this query.

  1. Yes there is.... In iTunes make sure your iPod has "Use as Hard Drive" (or something like that) Enabled. Then, when you plug in your iPod, just go into the "iPod control" folder and find the songs (they will be labeled funny) and copy them. otherwise, just do what answer #1 told you.  


  2. There's no direct way to copy from iPod to CD.  However, if you use iTunes, just put all the files you want to back up into a playlist, then Right-Click on the Playlist and choose Burn to Disk.

    However, keep in mind that if you share this burned disk you're breaking the law.  Burns are supposed to be for your use only.
