How to count cards as a team in Blackjack?

Me and a couple of buddies can now dominate card counting. What is the next step to count cards as a team to increase our chances of winning and our earnings? and also the best strategy so we won't get caught.

See the movie "21" or read the book "Bringing Down the House". There is a lot to it, but you could probably pull it off. Have you tried counting the radio on full blast and people yelling next to you?? That is the true test. When you count in your nice quiet home it is fairly easy. Hit a noisy and brightly lit casino and then you will see how good you are.

Almost all the strategies have been tried and will eventually fail since most casinos now share information and use electroinics to identify any serious winners.

Even if they THINK you are counting, its all private property so they can simply ask you to leave and not come back.

BUT. your best bet is to 'outsource' your counts  (takes a minimum of three people)

The good count is signaled to a second confederate who will relay it to a player.   You need to have several players who rotate.  You also need to have the players take some serious losses from time to time too (or just play without counting).

Remember, a casino does not believe in luck... the system is not designed for the player to win, so that anyone who DOES win consistently MUST be cheating them somehow.  The bottom line is that they dont have to prove anything.. they just 86 you.
