I have trouble "riding" it since I don't get very high. Especially from a full extension I just fall down. How can I get higher and ride it longer?

Thanks!

  1. Well, you have to make sure you are stiff, that way you are lighter. You get up there and are stiff and keep your eyes up, ALWAYS!! Especially when you cradle, do not look down because then you lean and fall. I did some full downs today and being stiff and keeping my eyes up really really helped. I stuck it at least 3 times. Also make sure your bases are throwing you high enough. Their arms should always stay locked out and they should lift with their legs. Not their back or arms. Then tell them to give you a little more of a push. You really don't have to be that high. This isn't a basket toss. You should just get high enough to snap your legs together and flash a smile. NEVER JUMP!!! It seems like it will get you higher if you jump, but really it throws your bases off so they can't help you. So let it happen and no matter what make sure your legs are glued together, you are completly tight and you are sitting in your pike. Good luck and I hope I helped!!

  2. Make sure when you start to cradle keep your legs straight and when you ride up you make sure your legs are straight. Depending on how your team whats your arms to be make sure they are straight. Arch your back just a little bit. If you do that the right way you should get a little bit higher and that should work for full extensions also.

    Hope this helped
