How to create a High School chart (8 semester)

Right now I am going into 9 th grade, when I potentially grow up, I want to go to UCLA, and be a heart surgeon, so please include what courses are needed to go to UCLA and what courses I need to go into the medical field and be a surgeon, and note AP courses, thanx

Well I go to USC (Go here and not Ucla!) and I am working to become a Doctor. Here is my schedule that got me this far:
