How to create a customized E-bay page?

Can anyone help me on how to create a customized E-bay page. Do I need to purchase a program like Microsoft Front page or is there an easier and less expensive way to do this? I need to be able to have some sort of template to create a background, add in my text and colors and also be able to place many pictures on my auction page. It seems like it would be such an easy process yet I'm having much difficulty in finding something that will allow me to do this. I do not need a store on E-bay only a nice looking auction page to sell my item. Please help! Thank you for your time.

You don't need FrontPage to create html documents, in fact I would stongly recommend staying far away from FrontPage or Microsoft Word or any other WYSIWYG html editor.

It seem to me that your simplest solution is simple to purchase some HTML templates for eBay.  I've seen several vendors on eBay that sell such templates, complete with all the graphics.

Here's one such auction that ends in 30 minutes.  650 ebay templates for .99 cents.  I don't endorse or represent this seller, it's just an example of your possibilities.
