How to create a drug prevention program??

i would like some advice on how to build a drug prevention program for teens... right now i have very few ideas but what ever you can share with me will be very helpful and appreciated^.^

First of all, you have to come up with a theme. Then, you need to come up with a study, with lessons. Maybe like the 12 step program. Find 12 reasons or five reasons why they need to stay off of drugs. Get a character or a mascot-you can use most anything that isn't already used. Make up an acronymn.  There are all kinds of things you can do. Get the local school and churches involved. talk to the local newspapers.  If there is an art teacher at the high school or a community college, talk to them. Have the kids design the logo for a free meal to Burger King or McDonald's.
