How to create a profile called Power user in windows XP?

Question

Apart from the Administrator and Limited account in Windows XP i remember we can some other account called a power user. But i forgot how i used to make that. Can anybody help me in recollecting that one??

You can create a user using MyComputer---Manage and add him to power user group
