How to create a website similar to Monster.com?

I would like to build a website that is devoted to job postings/employment for supermarket jobs thru out the US. Does anyone know of any sites that already fill this niche? What would be associated costs? Thanks for the help.

You can get a Monster.com Clone very cheaply by outsourcing your project to a country with an emerging economy like India or Pakistan, etc...The best sites that I have used to get this type of work done are either www.rentacoder.com or www.getafreelancer.com As long as you are very detailed with what you want and your budget, you will get some solid bids on your project. You'll be surprised with how much you can get for so little money. It rocks!
