If you want paper coupons go to a printer and they should be able to help you.  If you want to do email coupons then you should try to do an email autoresponder list at http://www.aweber.com

Have a book in your store that people can sign up for exclusive email specials and you can send them coupons in their emails to create extra sales on your slow days.
