how to create labels and input text fields in bluej?

in bluej, i am trying to create 3 labels and 3 text fields, but how do i create them????

can anyone please tell me what the procedure is to create them???

is it for printing off? well if it is, you can buy a kit for £8.99($16.98 roughly) and all you do is upload the software onto your computer. then you design them as you like. its very easy to use and cheap.
