How to create leather gloves on runescape?

They are created with the crafting skill by using a needle and some thread, which can be purchased at a crafting store for a few gp, on a tanned cowhide. You can tan cowhide into leather by taking it to a leatherworker - the most obvious one being in al kharid.

If you just want leather gloves to wear them in combat you are probably better of just buying them from the cloth store in varrock for a few gp.
